The remaining amount - around $250 (conference fees, bus, hotel, food)
WHAT HAPPENS AT AYC?
This weekend-long conference brings together hundreds of teens from all over the Houston-Galveston Archdiocese to hear inspiring talks from well-known Catholic speakers, encounter the living God through the Sacraments, and experience the universal young Church in the heart of Houston!
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION PROCESS LOOK LIKE FOR AYC?
If your teen is interested in attending AYC this summer, you must first fill out the AYC Registration form. When you fill out this form you will be prompted to pay a $100 deposit. Please note that we purchase the spots for this trip based off the number of teens that apply for it, so when you fill out this Steubenville Registration form you are officially purchasing your teen's spot for this trip. For each trip, our Youth Ministry staff verifies that the teens attending are registered teens in our Youth Ministry programs and have displayed excellent behavior at our Youth Ministry events and retreats.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TEEN IS ACCEPTED BUT THEN HAS TO DROP FROM THIS TRIP?
In order to drop your teen's spot and receive a full refund on your deposit ($100) or on the full amount, you must contact Casey Barnes (cbarnes@ap.church) before DATE TBD. After this date, you are held responsible for the full amount of this trip if your spot is not filled. Please note that you are responsible for filling that spot with a registered St. Anthony teen that has been approved by our Youth Ministry staff. Receiving a full refund is dependent upon your teen's spot being filled.
